PERHENTIAN ISLAND

 PERHENTIAN ISLAND - 7-9 Mei 2012

My hubby n me plan to go for holiday at one of the most beautiful island in Malaysia i.e
PULAU PERHENTIAN.  We booked bus ticket Mahligai Express RM43 each n left Hentian Putra for the island at 10pm @ 7/5/12.

8/5/12 - Safely reached Kuala Besut at 5am next day....very early. Then after solat subuh n
breakfast at the restaurant, catch the earliest speed boat RM70 per pax to n fro. The boat can
accomodate about 12 persons only.  

Wow...my truly frightening experience sitting in the speed boat which takes almost 1 hr to reach
the island. The boat really speeding fast through the rough sea like bumping and jumping non stop.
The sorrounding area, all the water n water only.   Before reaching our resort, I notice so many other
resorts as well around the beach such as Coco Beach Resort, Mamas Resort, Long Beach Resort to
name a few. At last we safely reach our resort...Pulau Perhentian Resort, check in and given a welcome drink.

Before the sunset in the evening, my hubby jump to the sea swimming .....swimming while myself
just resttt.... We walked around the resort to look for dinner, found a restaurant at Mamas Resort
belongs to local n ordered fried rice for 2, price not bad only RM8@. Night time nothing much I can do so just rest and had a good sleep!!.

9/5/12 - the resort provide breakfast with varieties of locals n western foods. By 11am, we have to
get ready to checkout coz speed boat will pick up at 12 noon.  So bye bye PERHENTIAN ISLAND.
After reaching the Kuala Besut Jetty, we had lunch then solat jama'.  Left Kuala Besut by bus after solat maghrib isyak jama'.  Reached KL early in the morning HOME SWEET HOME.
